Downloading all your studio's data
Download everything your studio has stored in Telos as one ZIP of spreadsheets, whenever you like.
Your studio's data belongs to you. As the studio owner, you can download everything Telos holds for your studio whenever you like, whether you're still subscribed or not.
How to download it
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Under Your data, click Download all your data.
- Your browser will save a ZIP file named something like
your-studio-telos-export-2026-09-22.zip.
Only the studio owner can do this. Staff who can see Reporting still have the individual report downloads, but they can't download the full export.
What's in the ZIP
The ZIP holds one spreadsheet (CSV) for each part of Telos, plus a README.txt that explains every file. The CSVs open cleanly in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets. It covers:
- Your studio: settings, branding, locations and off-peak times, plus your logo if you've uploaded one
- People: staff (without passwords) and clients, including client profile details
- Memberships and payments: membership types, memberships, payments and payment grace
- Classes: class types, sessions, bookings, waitlists and check-ins
- Onboarding: inductions and signed waivers
- Personal training: PT assignments, sessions, session notes, session packages, goals, custom exercises and workout plans
- Nutrition and body composition: nutrition targets, diet plans, body composition tests and purchases
- Communication: announcements and messages
- Shop: products, barcodes, suppliers, purchase orders, sales, refunds and stock movements
If you haven't used part of Telos, its file is still included, just with the column headings and no rows. That way you always get the same set of files.
Dates and times are shown in your studio's timezone. Stripe IDs for your clients' memberships and payments are included, which helps if you move your clients' subscriptions to another system that uses the same Stripe account.
What's not included
Passwords, login and security tokens, device notification tokens and schedule embed keys are never exported. Telos's own billing records for your subscription aren't included either. Stripe keeps your invoices, and you can find them in the billing emails Stripe sends you.
Keep it safe
The client file includes health information your clients gave you, such as allergies and medical notes. Under UK GDPR this is special category data, so store the ZIP securely and only share it with people who need it.
Each time a full export is downloaded, we email the studio owner to say so. If you get one of these emails and didn't download anything, reset your password straight away using Forgot password on the login page.
You can download the export up to 10 times a day.
