Exporting reports to a spreadsheet

Download any Reporting tab as a CSV for Excel or Google Sheets, and what's in each file.

Every tab on the Reporting page has an Export CSV button. It downloads the tab you're looking at, for the dates you've chosen, as a CSV file — open it in Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers.

How to export

  1. Open Reporting and pick the tab you want.
  2. Choose your dates — a preset or your own From and To.
  3. Click Export CSV.

The file is named after the report and the dates, for example revenue-2026-09-01-to-2026-09-30.csv, so exports for different months don't overwrite each other.

What's in each file

Revenue

One row per day, week or month (the same grouping as the chart), then a Total row.

  • Period starting: The first day of that day, week or month
  • Revenue: Payments that went through in that period
  • Refunded: Shop refunds in that period
  • Memberships, PT packages, Body composition, Class drop-ins, Shop, Other manual payments: Revenue split by source

Refunds aren't taken off revenue — see Your revenue report explained.

Attendance

If your studio uses Classes, you get one row per class:

  • Starts at: Date and time, in your studio's time zone
  • Class: The class type
  • Instructor: Blank if none was set
  • Capacity, Booked, Checked in: Places, bookings and check-ins for that class
  • Fill rate %: Booked ÷ capacity

If your studio doesn't use Classes, you get check-ins per period instead: Period starting, Total check-ins, Walk-in and Class booking.

💡 When Classes is on, the file is about classes, so walk-in check-ins aren't in it. The Attendance tab itself still shows them.

Membership churn

One row per membership cancelled in the range: Client, Member number, Membership, Started, Cancelled, Tenure (days) (how long they stayed) and Paid by (card subscription or manual).

Keeping exports safe

The churn file contains your clients' names and member numbers, so treat it like any other member record. Store it somewhere private, and delete copies you no longer need.
