Your clients' memberships when you leave Telos

Card memberships are charged to your own Stripe account. Here are your options when you leave.

Card memberships your clients pay through Telos are charged to your own Stripe account. That money is yours, so we don't touch these memberships when your studio closes. They keep charging as normal until you decide what to do.

Your options

Keep charging them somewhere else. If you're moving to another system that uses the same Stripe account, you can leave the memberships running and manage them from there or from your Stripe dashboard. Your data export includes the Stripe subscription ID for every membership to help with this.

Cancel them all at once. When your studio has closed, log in as the owner. If any card memberships are still active, you'll see how many, with a Cancel all client memberships button. One click (and one confirmation) cancels them all in Stripe. If any can't be cancelled, we tell you which ones so you can deal with them in your Stripe dashboard.

Cancel them in Stripe yourself. You can always manage subscriptions directly in your Stripe dashboard.

If you do nothing

When your data is deleted at the end of the 90 days, we cancel any memberships that are still active first. That way no client keeps being charged after their record has gone from Telos.

Your Stripe account itself is never deleted or disconnected by us. It stays yours.
